The hotel's staff conducts a thorough room check prior to guest check-in and provides prompt feedback to room attendants on any issues. The hotel's general manager and below quickly share the praise and scolding received from the guest questionnaire, and in principle reply to the guests within 24 hours, and reflect them in the daily operation improvement.
As a result of our daily efforts, we have been selected as one of the top 10 hotels in the Australia Pacific region for cleanliness for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, out of approximately 100 hotels in the IHG Group!
